Rob Luijten
Chief Human Resources Officer
Rob Luijten joined GKN Automotive as Chief Human Resources Officer from Tate & Lyle PLC, where he helped transform the company into a category-focused specialty food ingredients company. Prior to Tate & Lyle PLC he was Human Resources Director for Africa, Middle East and Asia at BG Group PLC, and before that he spent ten years with GE Plastics in a number of senior human resources roles in both Europe and Asia.
Rob holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Studies from Tilburg University in The Netherlands.
