It is mandatory for all employees to understand, implement and communicate this policy, to continuously improve our products, services and processes with a commitment on Prevention, Right First Time and Zero Defects.
The VP Quality and Risk is appointed as the Management Representative for Quality, irrespective of other duties and responsibilities is authorized to implement this quality policy and to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness on a minimum annual basis.
