John Webb is Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Joining the business in January 2020, John brings a wealth of global experience in HR, operational profit and loss management and organisational transformation. John held several roles in over 25 years at Mars Inc, including the CHRO for the Wrigley business, and was more recently the CHRO for Owens-Illinois, a leading global packaging business.
